Santoku Knife - Great Tool for Your Kitchen

This will help prevent anything from sticking to one side of the sheet, making it perfect for cutting thin strips of fruit and vegetables. It works like magic, every time you cut a thin slice it just falls away from the side of the blade.

Santoku knives are of Japanese origin was originally designed for the creation of Japanese cuisine. Thinly sliced vegetables are used to decorate their dishes and of course the fish fillets and cut into thin slices that are used to prepare sushi. Santoku knives can be cleaned easily. It is not advisable to put in the dish dryer. All you need do is wash and dry with a cloth before storing. Like all other knives will be constant need to sharpen a knife, but remember Japanese santoku require a sharpening stone. Do not use a knife sharpener, since only damage the blade.
